About
I am a composer, singer-songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist based in New Jersey. I have been performing music since the age of nine, but my love for music was evident after a short stint in a band composed of me (four years old) and my brother (two years old).
I’ve played in bands like Their Planes Will Block Out the Sun, and Pioneer the Eel, but decided to step away from the comfort of group work and take on the challenge of writing and performing solo.
My self-released album, ‘Hide in the Shadows of the Quiet’ , offers an introspective glimpse into my life and influences, blending classical, jazz, and indie rock elements. Most of the instrumentation is self-performed: guitar, keyboards/synths, piano, saxophone, clarinet, flute and percussion. Additionally, the album also features a string quartet, upright bass and Portuguese guitar.

Crooked Fangs
An alternative-indie track with a rebellious and a dark hunger for power or control theme combines a string quartet, a melodic and driving piano, multi-layered vocals, drum loops reminiscent of trip-hop along with woodwind instruments and synth bass to provide a provocative and sinister vibe throughout.
King Vulture
The song begins with woodwind instruments playing interwoven melodies, creating an almost cacophonous sound, before transitioning into vocals with narrative lyrics. As it progresses, layers of synths, guitars, piano, and wind instruments are added, building towards a final outro where all elements merge to create a powerful, bombastic sound.
Empress of We
An indie-alternative track with Latin inspired rhythm combines electric and acoustic guitars, electric and upright bass, string quartet, wind ensemble, synths, latin percussion, and drums, to create a driving groove that breaks into a spy-like theme.
Samskara
An uplifting indie-folk track that explores overcoming personal challenges, featuring contrapuntal melodies from Portuguese and nylon string guitars, upright bass, drums, and textured keyboard layers, all brought together with introspective vocals.
The Battle for Lennie Blue
A light-hearted, nostalgic alternative/indie track with a driving rhythm, interwoven guitar parts, a grooving bass line, and synths that add texture and ambiance. Layered vocals create a joyful and playful vibe.
Celebratory Balloons
A melancholic song that combines piano, drums, and upright bass to create a jazz rhythm section-like track to accompany the haunting vocals.
The Strelitzias
An indie-alternative/post rock track that combines piano, portuguese guitar, string quartet, synths, bass, drums and choral vocals to create a dark narrative with a hopeful feel. The reflective and expressive vocals are sung in both English and Portuguese.
Bairro Alto
An indie-folk track featuring nylon string guitars, Fender Rhodes, ambient synths, and celestial-sounding ukuleles. The sentimental vocals, sung in both English and Portuguese, evoke a sense of nostalgia.
